The cleaning fee is subject to tax.
There is 1 assigned parking space per unit. Additional parking may be available but it is on a first come, first serve basis.

Credit card payments are subject to service charges (4.2% of the total amount charged) to be deducted from the deposit during refund.
A security deposit is required for incidentals. The deposit is refundable one week after departure date and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
