Guests will be charged the full amount for their reservations within 48 hours of booking the reservation.

Guests may cancel their reservation before 14 days until check-in date to receive a full refund within 10-15 business days. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, then guests will be charged for the first night. If canceled within 48 hours then 2% will be charged for refund fees. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hollywood Sunset Suite in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
