As there is no reception at the property, please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time at least 3 days prior to check-in to facilitate the arrangement of your key pick-up/check-in. Staff will make their way to the property to assist you, should the need arise. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Key collection information will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please note that payment must be made in cash only.

A security deposit of MYR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
