As this accommodation is located in a private residence area, please keep the noise levels to its minimum between 22:00 and 8:00 out of courtesy towards the neighbours.

Guests who stay for a minimum of 7 consecutive days can enjoy a complimentary weekly cleaning and towel change. Please contact the property directly for arrangements.

Incidentals must be reported to the property (broken items, etc)

Please note that loss of keys and access cards are subject to a mandatory charge, to be paid for directly to the property. Rates are:

- Access cards: MYR 200

- Apartment keys: MYR 100 Please inform Villa Puteri near PWTC in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
